Program & events

We are working on the final schedule and more importantly, since this is the 10th edition of the Conference, we are looking to extend it by half a day to Sunday the 24th.
Instead of having an extra event with additional costs on Sunday, August 24th, our plan is to add some lectures and events INCLUDED in the registration.
The preliminary schedule at the moment is as follows:
 

THU 21 AUGUST 

15:00-16:00  Reception, welcome drink and registration in one historical venue (tbc) 

16:00-16:20  Welcome speech from Organizers

17:35-17:55 short welcome Performance 

17:55 – 18:00  Brief introduction to the program and logistics of the day

18-00-19:45  free time (dinner or short walk in old town of Riga) 

19:45  pick-up at the Hotel Kempinski (headquarter) and transport by bus to MYSTERO 

20:00  Social event: OPENING PARTY in MYSTERO 

23:00 and 23:30  transport bus back to Hotel Kempinski
